At Virexa Technologies, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: 100% refund
• Cancellation after 7 days but before 30 days: 50% refund
• No refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Custom development work that has already begun
• Third-party services or licenses
• Consulting hours that have already been used

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
